Our story
A real mechanic, at your curb
A-1 Mobile Mechanic is Josh, the guy who answers the phone, shows up where your car is, and tells you straight what it needs. We work out of Sacramento and travel to driveways, parking lots, and roadside breakdowns across the area, including Folsom.
Most of what a shop does in a bay, we do at your house. Diagnostics, batteries and electrical connections, fluids, and pre-purchase inspections before you hand over money for someone else's car. You get walked through the work as it happens, and you hear the cost before any work begins.
We're open 7 AM to 9 PM every day of the week, holidays included. Customers have gotten a same-day fix on an Easter Sunday and a battery swapped at peak Sunday afternoon. If your car won't move, that's exactly when you need someone who will.
